Shopping Information

How do I find a product?
Use the Search bar at the top of any page, or browse through our product categories via the main menu for inspiration.

Can I save items to a wishlist?
Yes! Click the “Add to Wishlist” button on any product page. You can view and manage your saved items under My Account › Wishlist.

How do I know if a product is in stock?
Real-time availability is displayed on each product page:

  • In stock: You’ll see the “Add to Cart” button
  • Out of stock: You can sign up for an email alert to be notified when it’s available again

Can I check out as a guest?
Absolutely. Guest checkout is fast and secure. If you create an account, you can also track your orders, save addresses, and receive exclusive member perks.


Payment Information

What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept:

  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • American Express
  • Discover
  • PayPal
  • Major debit cards

Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All transactions are processed using 256-bit SSL encryption. We are PCI-DSS compliant, ensuring your information is protected throughout.

Can I use a coupon or promo code?
Of course. Just enter your code in the “Coupon / Gift Card” box at checkout and click Apply.

What if my payment fails?
You’ll see an error message and receive a notification. Double-check your card information or try another method. Still having trouble? Contact our support team for immediate help.


Shipping & Delivery

When will my order ship?
Orders are processed Monday through Friday (EST), excluding federal holidays. Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST are processed the next business day.

What shipping methods are available?

  • Standard Delivery: 1–7 business days handling, 7–20 business days transit – $4.99
  • Fast Delivery: 1–2 business days handling, 10–15 business days transit – $14.99

You’ll receive a tracking number once your package is shipped.

Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time. We currently ship within the continental United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, or APO/FPO addresses.


Returns & Exchanges

What’s your return policy?
You may return most non-sale items in original condition within 180 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached.

How do I return an item?

  1. Email us at support@myhistorypaper.com or use the Contact Us form
  2. We’ll reply with return instructions and a prepaid label
  3. Pack the item along with your invoice and ship it back

Who pays for return shipping?
Return cost: $0.00 – We cover return shipping for approved cases involving:

  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
  • First-time size or color exchanges

Can I exchange an item?
Yes. We offer one free size or color exchange per order. Contact us with your order number and the new variant you need. We’ll send the replacement once your original item is en route back to us.

When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are issued within 2 business days after we receive and inspect your return. It may take an additional 5–10 days for the refund to appear on your bank or card statement.


Order Modifications & Cancellations

Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes—within 24 hours of placing it. Contact us at support@myhistorypaper.com as soon as possible. After 24 hours, the order enters production and cannot be changed or canceled.

What if I entered the wrong address?
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, you may be charged for re-shipping.
