Exchanges & Modifications

Before completing your order, please review all information carefully—especially size, color, design, and quantity. We do not process exchanges for errors in these selections once your order has entered production.

However, you can cancel your order within 24 hours and place a new one with the correct details. Need help? Our support team is always ready to assist.


Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, with no cancellation fee.

To cancel:

  • Send us an email at [email protected] within 24 hours of purchase.
  • Your order will be canceled and fully refunded.

After 24 hours, your order is moved into production and cannot be canceled, as our products are made to order.


Returns and Refund Eligibility

We accept returns within 180 days of delivery. After this window, your purchase becomes final.

Refunds are granted in the following situations:

  • The item arrives damaged or broken
  • You received the wrong item or a product with significant design, size, or material errors
  • The item deviates clearly from the product description

Refunds are not eligible in these cases:

  • Items that are worn, washed, or altered
  • Minor imperfections (such as loose threads)
  • Lack of original tags or packaging
  • Issues caused by customer error (e.g. low-resolution images, typos)

Returned items must be in original, unused condition, and must include original packaging and tags.


How to Submit a Refund Claim

To request a refund, email [email protected] and include:

  • Proof of purchase (e.g. order confirmation)
  • Photo/video evidence of the issue
  • Shipping label or receipt
  • Screenshots of any related email communication

Our support team will respond within 2–3 business days to confirm if your request is eligible.


Return Instructions

Once your refund is approved:

  1. Wait for a confirmation email with the approved return address.
  2. Ship the product using your preferred courier and provide us the tracking number.
  3. Upon receipt and inspection, we’ll issue your refund.

Note: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We are not liable for lost or damaged return shipments. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.


Refund Timeline

Refunds are usually processed within 2 business days of receiving the returned item.

  • Refunds include the original shipping fee.
  • Funds will be returned to your original payment method.
  • If you haven’t received your refund after 10–15 business days, please check with your bank or card provider.
